# Cocoanut Cake

# Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup sweet milk
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1 grated cocoanut
• 3 cups sugar
• 4 1/2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons cream tartar
• 4 eggs (beaten separately)

# Directions

In place of the soda and cream of tartar 3 teaspoons of baking powder can be used.
