# Orange Pie

# Ingredients

• 1 Large Grated Apple
• 1 Orange–grated rind and juice
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 2 Eggs–Butter size of an egg

# Directions

Grate apple; add orange, sugar, butter and yolks. Beat whites and add lastly. Bake slowly in open shells.
